Who is Cinzia Nardinocchi?

My name is Cinzia Nardinocchi and I am a qualified, accredited and experienced family counselor working with individuals, couples and families.

I see clients face to face from my counseling room in the village of Sant'Onofrio, Campli (province of Teramo, Italy) and I also offer online sessions. Believe it or not, it appears that some clients find that a hybrid model, which is a combined in person and online sessions one, is a more flexible and helpful way of working with me.

Nevertheless, no final decision will ever be made on which model is best for you without your trust and approval. Find out more about Cinzia Nardinocchi.

What is a Counselor?

A Counselor is an expert in listening and relationships. He is a socio-educational "human relations professional" who welcomes the other in his totality, with competence, authenticity and empathy. He helps individuals, couples or families to face, prevent and resolve communication-relational problems.

A counselor with a non-directive attitude allows the other to increase their awareness and helps them to reactivate their internal resources in order to get out of the moment of "discomfort" and to take back control of their life. A Family Counselor, in particular, are operators with adequate training, capable of establishing professional and effective helping relationships within family consultants or in their own work contexts.

Why talking to a counselor?

Counseling and psychotherapy will boost your self-awareness (both conscious and unconscious) so that you initiate your journey towards getting a sense of what is hampering your growth and what you can do to clear out your path towards your self-fulfillment.

Through therapy, you will develop an improved ability to cope, gain better decisions making skills and start to live a more fulfilled life.

Meeting a counselor for the first time may be a challenging experience for some. It entails talking about personal matters that are troubling you, sharing your feelings, thoughts and opening up in a way that may be a bit overwhelming at first.
